About us

Radiant Innovation Society is a Non-Government Organization which is registered under Society Act -21, 1860, Govt. Of U.P.We have built our development programs in the form of initiatives with a broad focus mainly on Technical & Professional Education, Ayurveda Education, Pharmacy; Conservation, Development and Sustainable Management of Medicinal & Herbal Plants, Nutrition & Livelihood. We have further identified the potential areas within each of our broad development priorities providing basic education and nutrition to school children, vocational training in computer literacy, Nutrition science, legal literacy with an aim to empower rural women and employment to jobless youth. These areas happen to be national concerns of the country and a part of the country’s agenda for its Millennium Development Goal. We have tried to weave all our development programs with a major thrust on employment generation for creating a sustainable development model.

Vision 
Revival, Modernization and Integration of Indian traditional Medicinesin clinical Practice.

• To educate students about the significance of herbal medicines which has been proved a major healthcare provider around the globe particularly in rural and remote areas.
• To make them aware of its specific importance for their primary healthcare mainly in the underdeveloped and developing countries.
• To ensure cost effective, easily available, better physiological compatible traditional systems of medicine.
• To adopt holistic approach to avert problems related to allopathic medicines and provide the basic healthcare to all.
• To provide sustainable use of medicinal plants and good field collection practice.
• To make them learn in situ (conservation of plants in their natural habitat outside the native habitat) and ex situ conservation (like seed storage, DNA storage, pollen storage, invitro conservation, field gene banks and botanical gardens etc.
• To benefit the rural population;
• Benefit the poor and marginalized sections of society; to help villagers to be entrepreneurs ; to stop migration of villagers from village to town and thereby assisting government in fulfilling its much desired goal;
• To improve the health and education sector through imparting them technical and professional training and thus enable them to be skilled workers. 
   

Mission

To empower and educate the underprivileged section of the society by enhancing their basic skills, and thereby facilitate them to join the mainstream.

To incorporate tested delivery models across the country with the aim to engage the targeted population with the support of its nationwide team of committed and dedicated workforce, which would fuel the process of the planned development impact.

To perform the role of a catalyst by transforming lives of the marginalized population of the country through integrating them in the mainstream and create a secured space for them, the space which has been denied to them even after independence.
